1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and fg65 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the fg65 platform at https://fg65.io, including all associated betting markets, casino games, promotional offers, and support services.

By completing the registration process on fg65, making any deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of any other person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person or organisation to these Terms.

These Terms are effective as of January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. fg65 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 12 below. Continued use of the platform following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the fg65 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before registration is completed or any wager is placed:

• Age: You must be aged 21 years or older. fg65 operates a strict 21+ policy and will not knowingly permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the platform in any capacity. fg65 may request age verification documentation at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the fg65 platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal disability, those who have been self-excluded from gambling services, or those whose accounts have been previously suspended by fg65 are not eligible to register.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold one registered account on fg65. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3 Account Registration

To access fg65's full range of betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. fg65 recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling any available two-factor authentication. You must notify fg65 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

fg65 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations. fg65 may request the following documents at any time, and particularly before processing a withdrawal:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot confirming bKash or Nagad account registration details)

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. fg65 reserves the right to suspend or close an account where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your fg65 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after applicable deductions) will be returned to your primary verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

fg65 processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. fg65 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time. Large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification requirements.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals from fg65 are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process in full.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified real-money balance (bonus funds not yet converted to real funds following wagering completion are not withdrawable).
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• fg65 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval, subject to payment provider processing times.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, deposit values, withdrawal amounts, wager values, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fg65 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. Any currency conversion undertaken by a payment provider before funds reach fg65 is the sole responsibility of the player.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

fg65 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms associated with that offer in addition to these general bonus terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register and complete their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The exact bonus amount, qualifying deposit threshold, and applicable wagering requirements are specified in the welcome bonus offer terms at the time of registration. fg65 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by fg65 are subject to wagering requirements. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each individual bonus offer. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements — specific contribution percentages are detailed in the relevant offer terms.

5.4 Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all fg65 bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

• One welcome bonus per household, device, and payment method.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
• fg65 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds where it reasonably suspects abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time limit, typically 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets on fg65, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and hockey, are subject to the specific rules for each sport and market type. These rules are available within the platform. fg65 reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds has occurred, where a match result is under dispute, or where fg65 reasonably believes a bet has been placed in violation of these Terms.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the fg65 platform, including live casino tables, slots, and crash games, use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by verified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Ezugi. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the respective game provider and may be reviewed within the game information panel.

6.3 Bet Acceptance

fg65 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not accepted from players who fg65 has reason to believe possess insider information relating to a sporting event, or who fg65 believes are placing bets in a coordinated manner intended to exploit pricing errors.

6.4 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during a live game or betting event, fg65 will apply the rules of the relevant game or market as they stood at the point of disconnection. fg65 is not responsible for losses sustained as a result of a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or network disruption.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fg65 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the fg65 platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, sports manipulation, or any form of coordinated betting intended to exploit insider knowledge.
• Money laundering or using fg65 for any purpose connected to the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to access the source code of the fg65 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fg65 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technical measure to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8 Responsible Gaming

fg65 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing players with the tools they need to manage their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a deposit limit can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fg65 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the fg65 platform, except as permitted by these Terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fg65, its directors, employees, agents, partners, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the fg65 platform, regardless of whether fg65 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fg65 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fg65 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the accuracy of information provided on it.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, fg65's liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law. In no event shall fg65's total aggregate liability to any player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage, use, and protection of your personal data by fg65 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the fg65 Privacy Policy.

fg65 collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. fg65 does not sell personal data to third parties. 12 Amendments to These Terms

Your continued use of the fg65 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4 above. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. fg65 operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh.

In the event of a dispute between a player and fg65, the player is encouraged to contact the fg65 support team in the first instance at [email protected]. fg65 will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts identified in the applicable governing law.

Players acknowledge that online gambling involves inherent financial risk and that fg65 cannot be held responsible for financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity on the platform, provided those outcomes were generated by certified and properly functioning systems.
